Payment and Refund Policy


It is customary to pay the service date and  grocery deposit upon signing the client contract. This will reserve your special day.


A 2 week notice is required to change a cook date. There is a 30% nonrefundable cancellation fee. If menu planning and grocery shopping have been completed and no notice has been received, the client forfeits fees paid for all services rendered. As well as the client will still be charged for the cook date.


If I fail to meet a cookdate, I will reschedule and accomadate the client at a reduced rate.


*A fee of 50% per cook date deposit is required for holding your spaecial day.


*I will gladly sit down with you if needed and design a menu that will best suit you and your needs.
