Starters and Salads

All ingredients are fresh in season produce. Nothing frozen is ever used.

Beets & Beans Salad
Roasted beet, green beans and crumbled feta cheese salad, drizzled with honey mustard vinaigrette.
Caprese Salad
Italian buffalo mozzarella, fresh red field tomatoes and basil, lightly dressed with an olive oil and herb dressing.
Ahi Tuna Tartare
The freshest Ahi Tuna, tossed with pine nuts, asian pears, mint, and infused with sesame oil.
Farmer's Salad
Fresh spinach and arugula served with assorted seasonal vegetables and garlic croutons, dressed in a french vinaigrette.
Nicoise Salad
Served with your choice of seafood, fresh greens, haricot verts, cherry tomatoes and olives
Walnut Raspberry Salad
Served with red onions, cranberries, walnuts Parmesan cheese and from scratch raspberry vinaigrette
Endive Salad
Served with Frisee, toasted pecans and warm Brussel sprouts
Basil Caesar
The not so traditional Caesar. This salad comes with addition of bacon lardons and basil
Kale Salad
Served chickpeas, shaved Parmesan and avocado
Helfire Wings
Your choice of 6 or 12 of these beyond hot wings. Fried then submerged in my house made sauce
